For context: We're building wearable devices that capture methane from cattle and convert it into renewable natural gas. Cows produce 14% of global methane emissions. We're turning that into revenue for farmers instead of pollution.
What changed in 42 days: → Redesigned nosepiece with silicone integration → Custom halter reducing components by 50% → Upgraded firmware and calibration → 7x efficiency improvement
What's next: → Texas A&M 100-cow pilot launching Q1 2026 → 1,000+ cow Phase 2 farm already committed → Team growing (just added a PhD in agricultural bioprocess engineering)
